The final project consists of a “Splash art” style illustration with the theme “Onion Virus” where I decided to approach the onion as an extremely dangerous virus. Cutting onions is always a struggle, as it produces a volatile substance or gas (thiopropane sulfoxide) that makes our eyes sting and water. This illustration is inspired by today's pandemic situation and is set in a kitchen with a sinister and very dark atmosphere.
